At a customer site, I setup the night exactly as it described in the FAQ's. However, during the day the customer wants unanswered calls to go to the Gen.MB after 4 rings. I did the programming again per the FAQ, but the unanswered call goes to DN 240 MB instead of the GenMB. What did I miss? Thanks In Advance.

x240 is probably CFNA to mail at 3 or 4 rings.
You need to apply ringing to the set with the general delivery mailbox assignment and CFNA to a lower value than any other ringing sets.
Recommend CFNA to vmail 4 rings for all sets and 3 rings for the x with the general delivery mailbox assignment.

aragon - thanks for the suggestion, that worked as well as I found that the main line was also assinged to DN240 to appr & ring. The issue is resolved, but if you need to have the appr & ring on a couple of phones or more, would it still be an issue and what would be the best way to set it up?

As said in previous post.
