Hi everybody,

I have a little problem with Crystal Reports. When I use the central console management to scheduled an automated report, it's work well for some days only. For the beginning of each month, the generator (web) invert day with month, after the 12th, all is fine.
If i use the Developper to run (refresh) the report, it was ok, every day of the month.

Does someone have an idea to solve this problem ?

We try to reinstall Crystal Reports XI Server in english, but this did'nt solve the problem.
The OS is Windows XP Professionnel french.
The report ask two databases, one in InSQL and the other was Access (Microsoft Office 2003 french).
We don't want to reinstall Windows completely.
I'm sure there a registry keys that might be able to force the date format for the Crystal generator but I don't know wich one.

Sounds like the CE Server is using a different default date type, although it's odd that you find it working properly after the 12th, I would guess that the day/month are switched as the default.

Anyway, are you using the calendar control to set the date, or are you manually typing it in? If you use the control it should be correct, and you should see what format it expects it in.

Thank's for the answer, the calendar is not use to set the date. The date is set with the "now" date minus 1 to get the date of "yesterday", meaning that each day, a report is generated for a day before.
In the console, the time zone is set properly.

Hmmm, that is an odd one.

Never heard of using NOW in Crystal (seem to recall it as VB syntax, perhaps it's the BASIC syntax in Crystal), the Crystal syntax is currentdate.

Perhaps you should post where you are using this code, and post the actual code.
