Hi all, I am having problems with the timing of reports and the logging in of agents. They are off by an hour althought the treatments and TOD routing are working correctly. Our meridian is out by 3 minutes so when the server guy synch'ed up the symposium to his servers (he did not realize we were having a timing issue with the meridian) everything was going all over the place (wrong treatments to wrong skillset, etc). The symposium realized this and reset its time back to the meridian. All appears well now with the exception of agents and report times as they are off by an hour. The SCCS shows the proper time. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much for any help. AJK

I know we were told to turn off the daylight savings time option on the SCCS servers, and to disable the Network Time Synchronization Service as well. SCCS gets its time from the Switch.

thank you for answering. just to elaborate a little on what i found out. NEVER synchronize the symposium to a domain controller (I did not know the server guys were doing this until after the fact!). we are very lucky we didnt corrupt the database. the only solution is a reboot. also clicking daylight savings time wouldnt affect anything until April 1.
