Daylight Savings Problem for 2007????

I just wanted to see what people are doing for the Daylight Savings issue that is going to happen in March?

Are you patching or are you just ignoring it?

I am reading that there are a lot of APPs like JDK and JRE that need patching.

But I thought APPs got there time and date from the OS???
