Daylight Savings and Updates

Has there already been a decent thread covering this problem in a little more simplistic way than the massive list on Microsoft's support page?

I have a 2003 SBS and Exchange 2003 and all my users are XP using Outlook 2003.

From what I understand I need to patch SBS, Exchange, XP AND outlook?
