Has anyone done anything to PUSH the patch out to computers? I have around 300 desktops and servers to send the patch to and it would take forever to do it manually.

if you have a .msi patch yuou can set a GPO to do it.

It can be distributed via your patching solution, WSUS or Windows Update or as SDPT says .msi.
