Hello,

I have a partner proc 4.0 NOT ACS with partner mail vs 5.0 what i would like to do is during the day have 3 phones ring then overflow to auto attn which i have working however when i press my night key i would like to have my voicemail answer on 1st ring however during the day answer on 3rd ring which it does now what i mean is there a way to have the auto attn answer on the first ring on night mode and 3rd ring on day mode and can i program the 3 phones that ring during the day not to ring at night .

The Partner Plus (and II) does not allow you to set the number of rings specifically, only Immediate (which is 2 rings) and Delayed (which is 4 rings)

What I would do in your situation, is program the phone sets for NO ring, but put them in the Night Service Group (#504). Label the Night Service button as "DAY MODE", record your DAY message in the NIGHT menu, and your NIGHT message as the DAY Menu. Set the AA to Delayed (4 rings) mode.

When you turn DAY MODE to ON, (which is actually Night Service) the phones ring, and the AA picks up on the 4th ring, with the DAY MESSAGE recorded in the NIGHT MENU. When you turn DAY MODE to OFF, the phones are silent, the AA picks up on the 4th ring, with the NIGHT MESSAGE, recorded in the DAY MENU.
