Hello,

We have had a request whereby a customer has a BC10 system and they use DNA for operators. They use day/night service but would like to have an alternative to night service. This customer would like to be able to switch the system into another mode (not night service), which will allow calls to be routed to different night positions. I have heard in the past that the MD110 can be into an emergency mode is this true? Can someone think of another way of overcoming this issue?

I've not tried this, but maybe you can have a generic xtn as your night service pos with several profiles. The customer can then choose which profile to activate?

I think it is very nice suggestion, you give an idea how
I can assign flexible night service very easily without an
operator console.

put a digital extension in FRONT of your OWS (it gets the main number) and you can follow me it to whereever you want

Hi,
Good ideas, but this customer does not want to have to change lots of follow me's. They would like to press a button or at least a couple. You see if the customer has an emergency such as a fire alert or bomb scare they need to be able to react swiftly. Any other ideas would be great.

program the follow me's under buttons or make abbreviated numbers (short ones like 991,992,993,...)
