Have a 2000 IPS. Using Zeacom for queing and agents. Right now Day/Night mode is programmed by time schedules. If I program a day/night mode key on phone or use feature code will it override the time schedule and put the system in night mode. Only want to use the button to put system in night mode for unscheduled needs, like fire drills, meetings, etc. but leave the schedule in use daily.

Personally I wouldn't advise doing that as the zeacom will still think the system is in day mode. better to just manually switch the queues over to night in the zeacom! This is however just my opinion!

There are about 22 queues. So am I better off to just make a fake holiday and change the times and dates on the holiday as needed. It will take too long to go into each queue to switch to night mode. Any other suggestions?

There is an Emergency mode that the supervisor can activate which will switch the queues to the mode that has the (use in emergency mode) check box set. These modes can be pre-recorded for each Queue and you determine what the call will do.

There is also a Snow Mode for the system that can be activated remotely with a PIN but I have not set this option up yet so I do not know exactly how it works. It can be setup in system setup and administrator - announce tab - annoucements.
