day light savings issues coming up?

Hello-

Was wondering how others are tackling the up coming day light savings issue concerning Office 2003/Outlook. There is this Update tool I'm reading about.. any insight on it's usage, url's to point to... comments??

Keep in mind that anything that deals with times and dates needs to be patched, including Blackberry servers, workstations, servers, routers, switches, firewalls....
