Hi Guys,

Sage 300 version 2016. There are over 10K Quotes in OE ORDER. When Day End runs, it keeps including them in the day end process, even though some are marked as completed. How to not include those quotes that are completed (where COMPLETE =5) in Day End ?

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE OEORDH SET TYPE = 5 WHERE TYPE = 4
Run Dayend
UPDATE OEORDH SET TYPE = 4 WHERE TYPE = 5

After I set TYPE = 4 again, Day End includes them again.

That's right. You have to do this every time you run day-end.

Okay. I see the trick. Thanks much. It works for what I do

I have a client with over 125,000 quotes, so did a macro that wraps Dayend with the SQL updates.

Nice and great solution! It is really fortunate to have you in the channel.

I will wrap it in a simple .NET app for my client
