We have a day end that is hung up and we can not get it to complete. There is a user that is still logged into an ACCPAC databse and has the day end process started. This user was in a terminal server session and exited the session by disconnecting. The user then went back into terminal server session and the processes did not show up. This session is still working and needs to be stopped and rerun to completion. The terminal server was rebooted last night hoping to get the user who is logeed in out of accapc but this did not work. Wondering if anyone knows how we can get this user out and the process stopped so that it can be rerun to completion. We are using ACCPA 54.A for all modules and use SQL as well.

You should have connected to that session from the terminal server console, it's not a bright move to kill the session by rebooting the server. If you rebooted the server then the session is dead and the process is no longer running. Run IC day end processing again and see what happens.
