Day End error

Sage 300 V6.0.

Day End stops running. Looked at RVSpy. Could not find "ERROR" anywhere in RVSpy Log file. So I can't tell which transaction errors out. "ICADJP" is a super view, not a table.

Below are the error message. Please provide pointers. Thanks.

Description: Lot Number History. Record already exists.
Source: 09:11:11

Description: Internal error. lot serial history from ICADJP (693 POINVZP3.C).
Source: 09:11:11

Description: Day End Processing could not process all transactions.
Source: 09:11:19

Run SQL profiler, find the duplicate lot number history record.

Hi Tuba,

Do you mean there are duplicate records in table ICXLHIS? or you mean somewhere a record try to be inserted to that table and the record is there? What am I looking at in SQL profiler as key word in SQL statement? there are users on the system and it is massive on SQL profiler.

The record is already there.

You can filter the profiler on process name or user ID.

Run RVSPY, you've got orphaned PO records now. FWIW, once you PO errors like this, it can be very messy to figure out.

RVSpy did not provide any "Error" indicating any transactions. The same error exists (Internal error. reading receipt posted header (1810 POINVZ1.C).

Is there any pointer on what PO tables this could be from?

Yes, from RVSPY, or SQL profiler.
