Day end error - "Negetive inventory levels are not allowed"

Hi,

Below error comes when dayend processes orders

"1. Negetive inventory levels are not allowed for the item xxx
2. Internal error can not put values from OEORDH....."

Negetive inventory is not allowed but still the this error comes.

Pls help.

ACCPAC 5.4A with latest SP, MS SQL Server.

Run RVSPY to see which item has the problem, then check ICILOC for values in QTYSHNOCST and zero them out..

Allow negative inventory, run IC day end, turn off negative inventory...
Somewhere you have negatives that are causing a problem, you need to clear them out of IC.
