Day-End during upgrade

Hi All
I have done a really dumb thing and started an epic test upgrade (72Gbs database) going from 5.4 to 6.0, and it appears that I did not run a day-end.
I have already upgraded GL,etc., AR & AP but I am stuck on IC. I really don't want to start again from scratch as it takes forever.
Is there any way around this, bearing in mind that this is only a test upgrade, so lost data is not really an issue.

Run day end with your current mix of versions and see what happens. If it is a no go then you are SOL and you need to start again.
It helps to read the version upgrade instructions and to follow them

Thanks Ettienne - not only did I read the instructions but I wrote them for the client! Some days are just like that when you are burning the midnight oil!

I worked. I managed to restore to a 5.4 VM and then install the 5.5 s/w and run the day-end. Back on track, so thanks again.
