Day End can not complete

Accpac is 5.5

Got an error when running Day End. The error is "Shipment Cost-To-Clear Detail. Record Already Exists." Internal Error. Cannot insert OESHCD.

Please provide your input.

Hi Tuba,

I have looked. The route I took was run the rvspy and try to identify the shipment record. I believe I found it. Below is the part that might indicate problem - SHIUNIQ is 5208769 with SHINUMBER of 40-421690. That shipment record exists in OESHCH and OESHCD tables. What do I do next? Should I delete them from the tables?

Thanks. I could make some progress. I could run Day End a few times by removing records from OESHCH and OESHCD tables uing the SHINUMBER found in rvspy log file.

I hit another problem with Day End not being able to complete. The error is "Description: Internal error. Cannot read OESHCD (7178 OEPOSTI1.C). Write down the message, leave ACCPAC for Windows and Windows and return to the system prompt. Reset your computer and try the task again. See Appendix A in the OE User Guide.

I looked at rvspy log file and could identify the shipment # 40-421690. Then I looked at OESHCH table and OESHCD tables, it was not there. Then I looked at OESHTH table and OESHTD table, the tables had no records.

What else should I try?? Your help is highly appreciated.
