Hi all. Does anyone can help to set up call forwarding to night message voicemail box? System is 4.1 ICP3300. In the day mode when the calls hit DID it goes to 400 ring group and 400 is having 4 extensions. Customer wants to have light flashing for the night message on all the phones in the ring group 400. I am stuck up as I dont know how to set up night mode message box. I have already created 440 voicemail box for night message box message only. Any help would be highly appriciated.

Day and night mode set up

Ring Groups cannot be routed based on Day / Night.
You must create a local (or key line) that can be routed to the ring group in Day mode and then VM at night. Caveat - This will possibly affect the display of the incoming call to the ring group so test before full scale.
In your example I would create a keyline of 440, route 440 to the ring group in day mode and VM at night. The phones would have MWI appearances of 440.
