Dav's FAQ: how to set up php script on f2s.com

having read the FAQ on form mail by DavDesign I went and set up an account on

http://www.f2s.com.

Dav mentioned just using the site as a storage for the php script. can someone...or you dav...give me more details on how to do this.

The website I am using will be at

http://www.whatever.com...the

php script is stored at whatever.f2s.com.

I think I just need to know what to put in the getURL action as far as a location...

help please...

BTW...can someone please tell me what chmod is...I have seen it on several occasions and have no idea what it is.

I think I may have made a slight oversight when creating that FAQ, ie: you may not be able to call the script remotely. However, it's hard for me to test because any kind of script is fragile on a connection as slow as mine.

Lets assume it will work. Change the action on the "send" button to direct to the script. So if you have your script in your root dirsctory at f2s, then the target would be

http://www.whatever.f2s.com/davform.php3

I'm going to have a word with the PHP guys and check if the script needs altering! It's top of my hitlist so I'll be back as soon as I can.
