I have a davox dialer connected to a meridian 81C acd group is there anyone that can help with setting up caller ID on outbound calls? caller ID works for all other calls but when the dialer is making them they are unavailable. I tried changing the RDB to allow sending the billing number but it did not work any Ideas?
