hey guys take a look at and go to the message board..that page is not scaling like the others will..and because of the script that it's in i don't know if i can go back and change that..the jpg that i added to the background of the board is a templet that should look exactly like the intro page or the about us opener..with the grids on each side of the page being exactly alike..but at 1024/768 it adds another grid on the left side of the right side grid..and at 800/600 it's not even showing the right side grid..what can i do to fix that?

hi virt

the reason for this seems to be that you've put the image on the page background rather than the table background. So what it's doing is 'tiling' the image in 1024 because it is too small. You know what I mean. I'll have a look at the filez and check if this can be fixed.

Nothing good to report I'm afraid.

My tests proved fruitless. One solution I can think of would be to use a redirection script for that page based on the users resolution. This would involve re-jigging a couple of files (ver very carefully) used in creating the guestbook so that both versions used the same dat file.

Another solution would be to use a Flash guestbook, with 100%x100% settings.

Finally (and what I would go for if this were my problem) I would suggest forgetting the idea and just using a very basic image or none at all.
