guys some help please my little cousin is putting up a site for his band and he's got the html all screwed.he wants the links on the left and right of the site but there all on the left.

looks like you used some HTML in the forum... just typoe in the URL just like you would in the address bar and it will automatically become a link when you post.

going to look at the site now...

thanks jeff.yeh i just figured out the link problem.but i did not know all you had to do was type in the address. thats cool.i forgot the http:// in the link..

He will need draw a table to put the links in. This will keep them lined up. If he is using Dreamweaver he can draw layers and then put the links on the layers. Lots of options here depending on what software he's using but the most efficient would be to just use a table.

you want to put the text within <p align=right>YOURTEXT</p>

thanks guys. by the way jeff he used notepad.

ie:

<p align=right>
<a href=&quot;art.htm&quot;>Scotties Concepts</a><br>
Merchandise<br><br>
</p> dave@davdesign.co.uk

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

yes...Dav is right...If he is using Notepad of all things then he will deginitely need to just use the align=right in the paragraph <P> tag that Dav mentioned.

Yeah. Davs got it. Just do a align right and align left so you can have the links that you want on the left with <p align=&quot;left&quot;>, then the links that you want on the right with <p align=&quot;right&quot;>.

If you need any other html stuff the page I found is

Hope this helps..... Melocco....
