Dave !.. 2 Queries (Urgent)

Hi dave,

Query 1:
Yesterday you replied my forum regarding customising scrollbars in html pages, providing link to microsoft.com but there it is mentioned that you require ie ver 5.5 to work this script, but most people doesn't have ver 5.5 installed so its not working in ver 5.0 or less. is there any other way for this problem.




Query 2:
I have a problem that i have to define anchor in a page which is html page but the button to call that page is in .swf file. so what command should i give to define anchor from that button & does the script in html page remains same i.e. <a name=&quot;name&quot;> Hello... </a>
