Daughter Board Recover

I recovered a software DaughterBoard with FBUG (From corrupted dataBUG6343: Unable to initialize drive. pDrv = 0x200a325c, task = tStartup, tid = 0

BUG7436 OS 0: WARNING "Bad Reason Data"

RPT: can't create log file c:/u/rpt/rpt.log (errno 0xd0001)

the daughter Board is now blank but I want to recover the customer database, in LD 43 I use DAT command and It shows me the internal database (old customer database), I used LD 43 RIB command to recover the database but It didn´t work. I dont If I did something wrong
