DateTimePicker, focus on hours

Hi,
i have a DateTimePicker with Custom Format: MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm so it can display the date and time.

it also displays the checkbox.

i want to focus on the hour when the user clicks the checkbox, can somebody help me...
