I'm getting ready to switch from PageMaker to InDesign and have a question. In Pagemaker I use a link to DATETIME.TYM which is a time stamp. I use this in letters and purchase orders so that the date is correct. Is there a similar solution in InDesign?

Thanks!
Dan

On both the print and pdf export windows you can choose Marks/page information which includes the date & time along left side.

If you use OSX you can use the built in date & time script which has a button to place on clipbard and then paste into any document.

By the way, Adobe still has a Pagemaker upgrade offer, about $350 as long as you have a duly licensed copy of PM.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4
