DateTime Selection

I have a report which is currently pulling call data from a stored procedure, which is date specified within crystal (10). But I need to specify the only after hours calls.

DateTime format is 2004-10-21 18:03:30.590. Need something that will specify calls between hours of 17:00 and 07:00.

Any help would be appreciated.

Timevalue({mytable.myfield})>=timevalue(17,0,0)
or
Timevalue({mytable.myfield})<=timevalue(7,0,0)

as a record selection formula.
