I am having a problem with my historical reports in CCMA6.

I have 2 local administrators on the same PC:

- If LocalAdmin1 runs a report, all the data is correct.

- If LocalAdmin2 runs a report, the data within the
report is correct, but the header is incorrect. The
date in the header showing the time span that the data
covers is incorrect.

- Also, both users are logging into CCMA with the same
credentials

For example, if I run a report from may 1st to 7th, the date appears as (0 / 1 / 2008 - 0 / 7 / 2008).

I have re-installed SOAP and the activeX controls MSI. I am running out of things to look at, and if anyone can offer any advise I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

I am starting to think that this is an issue with the users profile. However, I am not sure what in the profile would be causing this.
Does anyone have any idea of where I can check? Anything in the registry?
Thanks

Can't see how this has anything to do with users profile, but i have no other ideas either, it's just wrong, and i've not seen it or heard of it before - sorry I can't be of more help.

Hi,

if a addional language pack installed on CCMA?

rg

Check the Regional and Language settings in Control Panel.
Just guessing but the "bad" one is probably set for English(Canada) and the "good" one is English(United States).
Each has different date format which affects the report interval in the heading.

I will check out the Language settings and get back to you.
Thanks for the help everyone.
