Dates on Historical Reporting dosn't match

Hi!

The IT guys did a change on the time of the CCMS, sinchronizing with an NTP Server. Now the Historical Reporting arn't shwoing correctly, You can get reports but like from 6 hours ago and back.

They didn't change the Signaling Server time sichronization to the same NTP Server. I say to them that they have to chage the Signaling Server to, and restart the CCMS. I'm right? If not what can You say about this.

I doubt very much that the sig server time will have any impact on your reporting problem since the CC6 pegs the call at the time it sees arrive according to it's clock and not the PBX clock. Are your CCMS and CCMA server's co-resident or separate? If separate are the clocks the same? It may simply be a case of re-starting the server or servers.
