Dates not Bold in O98 Calendar. Any ideas?

I have a users who's Outlook 98 Calendar does not change the date to a BOLD font when she has a meeting scheduled for that day. This happens about 50% of the time the other 50% works like it should. The problem does not to appear to be on the client side because it acts the same way on any system she logs into. I have already tried the command line switches to clean free busy and ect.. with no luck. We are running Exchange 5.5 sp4 on a NT 4.0 sp6 server. Has any one ever ran into this issue before? Any ideas?
