Further to my previous query:<br><br>I am having difficulty porting an Access97 application from my NT workstation to another.<br>The difficulty is a query which uses members of DateTime&nbsp;&nbsp;i.e. DateDiff and Date.<br><br>These work okay on my machine but I get a message saying that they aren't available when I transfer the application to another machine!<br>I have tried adding the class name ie<br><br>DaTeTime.DateDiff and even <br>VBA.DaTeTime.DateDiff but it don't work!!<br>I can't understand this - can anyone please help<br><br>Is there an altenative way in sql to compare<br>dates?<br><br><br>thanks<br><br>a0000<br>
 
Check your references to see if there are any that are missing.&nbsp;&nbsp;(With a code window open: choose Tools-References from the menu)&nbsp;&nbsp;A lot of times when I have problems with functions on a different machine, this is usually the case. <p>-Chopper<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= > </a><br>
