I have a query that records data from a form that automatically posts the present date. For some reason, it stopped posting the new dates in chronological order as of 9/27/03 and started posting the new entries after 9/15/03. Can I fix this?

From what you are saying, there is a procedure on the form that records data to your database including the present date as a field? If this is correct, then every record on your database should have a uniqueID.

If your uniqueID is a numerical Primary Key, then order by this and the dates shown be cronilogical, or you can use ORDER BY as part of the SQL SELECT statement, and this will return the dataset in date order.

Hope this is what you were after.
