DATES FORMULAS IN EXCEL

in my company, i have to enter the standard time and the overtime for each employee, and the condition is that the standard time cannot be more than 8.00 hours. i am not being able to put the formulas which would help in doing all this automatically.

the only info i want to enter are the in and the out times.
