Dates flipping around in the Select Expert

Hi there,

A collegue and myself have recently noticed that if you refresh a report and edit the dates selected in the select expert, they will often flip around the month and day on you. The only way to fix this is to delete the criteria and add them in again or make a date parameter. Is there some kind of setting in Crystal which might be the cause of this (e.g. default date format mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy)?

File > Option > Fields should let you define this.

It is also better to use 'record selection' rather than Select Expert, which is useful for new users but has its limits.

It always helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
