Datebook hotsync problem

Hi, I've just bought a Palm 500. Everything is working OK except for sync-ing the Datebook. When I go to Hotsync > Custom in the Desktop application, the Datebook doesn't appear in the list, so I can't configure its behaviour.

Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Are you trying to sync up with the Palm desktop software, or do you have conduits for Outlook (or some other similar program) installed?

I am using everything as default - I chose to sync only with Palm Desktop when installing.

Have you tried re-installing the Palm desktop software?
