We just upgraded our Notes from 5.0.11 to 6.5.2 Everything seemed to go fine. I ran a "load fixup", and some of the users used up with a date of August 2021 in their properties. I researched, and found only certain users have this date. Sometimes it affects the folders.
Does anyone know where this date comes from, and how I get rid of it?
Thank you very much your help.
Alan

Hello,

Where is this date being displayed? Did you remove the obsolete notes.ini settings after the upgrade?

Also, I would check that the clients with the issue have the same version as those without the problem. What client version are they running?

Let me know.

Rgds,

John

Thanks for your response. No, I did not remove the obsolete settings in Notes.ini.
Everyone has the same version of Notes. We only upgraded the server, no clients were upgraded yet.
I see the date when I do a right mouse click on someone's icon in Workspace, Select Database, then Properties, and choose the second or I tab. It's the modified date under Activity.
Thanks again for your help.

One fix we found that works, is to replicate the .nsf file to the same server, BUT different folder. We then replicate the .nsf file back to the original folder.
This fixes the date. The date is changed to whatever date and time that we proform the replication. We also stop the router for a short period, and have the user log out of Notes so we do not miss any e-mails. Unforturately, we have 192 users to put through this process. Would be nice to have an automatic process, but as long as the manual one works, that's what we'll use.
