Date time

Cr server XI
I scedule my report to run no problem
I select specific name and date to appear on the pdf file
the only available extension is date time
and when i look at the pdf it shows this
retest33 2006-02-13-15-00-25.pdf
how can i have only this
retest33 2006-02-13.pdf

You have to go back into the Crystal XI report and change the format of the date to be the format you want it in (for example: short date mm/dd/yyyy). It cannot be done in the Viewers; it its a programming problem.

I have no date in my report
When i schedule the report and in info view there the destination tab
I select the destination
and then specific file location
i insert the directory path
then specific name and then select the placeholder drop list and pic Date time
there no Date only

The programmer who wrote the report that you only run has to make the change. You can not make any changes, because you are only scheduling and running the report. The date in the report that you pick is in Date/Time format and you want to see it in Date only so the programmer has to make a change to the report.
