Date/Time Field

I have a report that has a field with date and time together so example is 1/4/2010 12:15:02AM. Is it possible to break the results up into just a date and another field just the time. I need to export this and have these as separate fields without having to go into the spreadsheet and manually separate the field.

To get the desired results I simply placed two separate date/time fields on my report and then just changed the formatting of each to show either the just DATE or just TIME.
