Our database has DateTime fields and when we are entering a start date or an end date in Seagate we have to put it in this format DateTime(2001,10,01,01,00,00) to get 1:00 in the morning on October 1st. In the Report Options we can choose Convert DateTime field to Date but if I do this and the start date is 10/1/2001 at what time is this set? My guess it is at noontime on October 1st. Does anyone know for sure? If it is noon-time on October 1st for my start date and I run a report, I will not get the records that have a DateTime stamp on October 1st before noon. This is the reason I'm not choosing the Convert DateTime to Date option and forcing the user to enter the time information. Am I right?

If you convert the field to just "Date", I belive it runs from midnight to midnight i.e. Oct 1, 2001 12:00:00 am to
11:59:59 pm

Hope this helps....
