Date summary problem

Hi,

I have a database with a record for every hour in a year (or more), with the field sales. I have three groups : first for every year, second for every month ad third for every day. I can manage without the third group.

I'm trying to show the average sales per day for each month, but I can't for some reason do it.

I'm using CR 8.0

Subtotal (Sum) the sales for each month.
Count the days for that mont.
Add a formula that divides the Sum by the count. Ken Hamady
