Date returned incorrect/rounding date Crystal 9

Hello:

I have a report where I am returning a date/time field. When I run the query in query analyzer I see 2009-01-28 23:30:00.000
however, when I run the same query as my "command" in my crystal report, it is rounding the date up to 1/29/2009. I need to show the correct date. Why is crystal doing this and how can I fix it?

Try formatting the field, it may be set to show mm/dd/yyyy.

I do want it to only show mm/dd/yyyy but it shouldn't be rounding up to the next day. I do have it formatted to show a short date but why would it round to the next day?
