I am trying to right a formula to show hours and minutes from a start date and time to a finish date and time, but not to include weekends and only the times between 08:00 and 16:00. Can anyone help.

Using DayOfWeek (date) will give you a number, 1 to 7, with Saturday as 7 and Sunday as 1.

If you are selecting from records, this should filter out weekends. A separate selection could be done for time, using 'Datepart' to get hours and minutes.

It helps to give your Crystal version.
