I'm using Windows 95. I am able to change the system time numbers but not the am and pm part. It is stuck on pm (lower case). It will not even allow am to be typed and when I type PM in caps, it changes it to lower case. This is reaaly weird. Any ideas?

Check the settings in the regional settings in the control panel. Click on the Time tab and see what you have set for the types of formtat. Try changing them around and see what happens.
