Date picker not working on published reports

Hi,
I'm using RS 2005.

When I publish a report, the from date and to date date pickers work fine, but when one on my users tries to use them, he gets an error in the bottom left corner of the browser window and the pickers just don't work.

Is this a java script/java vm issue? I will have to get our PC admin to allow this to work via group policy if it is
