I have a field in database, called "DateTime".when I created user promptfileters for that, it prompts to enter Data and Time.
Is there a way, if could convert it to Date only, so user does not have to enter the time each time.

Hi,
What database?

What type parameter did you create?

What version CR?

I am using CR 10 and SQL Enterprise Manager 8.0
I created two Date Parameters from DateTime field.
StartDate and EndDate.
It asks me to enter teh time also, as datatype of database field is DateTime.

Hi,

I use CR 9.2 and Oracle 9i.

I am also having the same issue - my parameter in my SPROC is defined as datatype DATE in Oracle and in CR the parameter prompts for date and time to be entered.

Any idea this can be overcome and prompt to enter only date and NOT time part of it?

ANy help / suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

TR
