Date Navigator Issue

Hi all:

I am having an issue with one of my users and Outlook 2000 Date Navigator when using the Calendar. When my user open's their calendar the Date Navigator does not appear on the right side of the screen. I am going absolutely nuts trying to resolve this. Any ideas? TIA!
