Date Indexes in Crystal 9

Hi,

I'm using Crystal 9 with Foxpro (DBase) tables. The table has a compound (.CDX) index containing numeric, text and date indexes. I have no trouble selecting from the table using numeric or text indexes but selecting using date indexes results in the whole table being scanned. Any advice, anybody, anywhere?
