Hi

I have a report that asks for a date as a parameter and then returns some data for that date.

I want to include the date that I enter into the parameter in the header of the report.

I have tried making the source of a control the parameter name but that doesnt seem to work.

Does anyone know how I can refer to the date that I enter in a control?

Any help is as always greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Chris

In the query that is used for the source of the report add the parameter as an extra column:

mydate:[Enter the Date]

The text within the brackets must be exactly the same as the text you use in the criteria cell. But you can then use the column name as a field in your report.
