Date Function

I have a text field set as Date() so when ever a users enters a new record records computer date. However
on the form it shows as 11/8/2005 suppose to show as 11/08/2005 any ideas.

Also i have table with a date field. date is set as MM/DD/YYYY format however when i generate a report on the report i want it to show as MM/DD/YY.

On your form or any reports you create, if you are displaying a date in a text box you can control the appearance of the date by using the "Format" property of the textbox. For example setting the format property to be "mm/dd/yyyy" (leave out the quote marks) will result in that textbox displaying your example date as 11/08/2005, or you could use "mmm/dd/yy" for Nov/08/05, etc.
