Date formula as parameter for report

Hello All,
I need to run a report each Friday that will pull data from the Previous Friday (7 days) to the Previous Thursday (1 day). I have formulas to determine the Friday date and the Thursday date, but how can I use them in the record select expert to get a range?

I know I'm missing something simple, but keep hitting hy head on the wall!

Is it acceptable to just get prompted for a date range, or do you want a formula that will automatically pick the last Friday through the last Thursday?

I was looking for a formula, so the report can be automated. I had it set up with parameters, but if I'm not at work, no one runs it.
