Date formatting in Track It

Track It (a help desk ticket monitoring application) has an interface that uses the Crystal Reports viewer for previewing and printing custom reports. I've created a report that changes the date-time format in several fields to a short date format. In my Crystal application, as well as in my distributed report app, I am able to view and print this report correctly. However, when I try to view or print the report via the Track-It interface, the dates are either missing, or are reported in date-time format. Is there a DLL that is missing or out-of-date?
 
glum: Another point to check is whether Track-It is calling the version of the reports you changed. In many applications the menu item actually points at a compiled version of the original report so whilst you may have changed the RPT file it has not updated the compiled file. You may need to check whether Track-It calls an RPT from the menu or an EXE - if the latter then your revised reports will need re-compiling David C. Monks

Thanks for responding, guys. Some info I forgot to include on my first post:

I'm choosing File -> Report Options to convert Date-Time to Date. The date formatting works in design mode (when I'm actually in the Crystal app) but the field is blank when I call it up in the report viewer via Track It.

Also, Track It is definitely saving the most recent version of the report as I work on it. I know this because if I leave the date-time format as is, I get the time in that field on the report. If I mess with the formatting, the field goes blank again.
